How it works
Most jobs go from first text to swept-up driveway the same way.
What customers said about tear-down jobs
Ricardo and his team were very professional and very prompt in removing my old spa at a very reasonable cost. They chopped the shell into small parts and quickly carted them away. They even finished by sweeping up the remaining debris. Highly recommend them for your junk removal.
Great experience with Legacy Junk Removal. I was able to schedule next day. They showed up on time, took everything, broke down old play equipment, and even swept up. No hidden fees or overages. Would recommend and use again.
I had a 30ft pool in my back yard it was SUPER HEAVY these guys came out went above and beyond and helped me disassemble it (was not part of the original agreement) and hauled it away super fast. If you’re looking for hard working and fast workers they are it. 100% recommend. Thank you! …
Tear-down and removal: questions
Can you take more than one structure in one visit?
Yes. A shed, a deck and a playset can go in the same load. Put everything in your photos so the price covers it all.
Do I need to do anything before you come?
Have an electrician disconnect any wiring, drain an above-ground pool well after the last chemical dose, and pull out paint, chemicals, fuel and propane. Those can't go in a junk load.
What about concrete slabs and post footings?
Tell us about them first; they change the price. Concrete is heavy, and posts set in footings are the slow part of a deck or fence job.
Does pressure-treated wood matter?
Yes. California requires chemically treated wood to be managed as hazardous waste. Deck, fence and playset lumber is often treated, so mention it.
Will you clean up afterward?
Yes. After the last pieces are loaded, the crew sweeps up so the spot is clear.
