Legacy Junk Removal Services LLC ("Legacy", "we") runs this website. This policy explains what we collect here and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us: when you request a quote we collect what you tell us (the items and notes, your ZIP code, timing, name, phone number and, if you give it, your email).
- How you found us: the ad or link that brought you here (for example utm tags or a Google Ads click id), the page you landed on and the referring site, stored in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days and sent with your quote request.
- Site usage: if enabled, analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and CallRail call tracking) collect pages viewed, clicks, device and browser details, and for calls, the number that called and call duration.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, give you a price and schedule the job.
- To understand which ads and pages bring in real jobs, so we spend less on ads that don't work.
- To keep the site working and protect it from spam.
Requests are stored privately with our hosting provider (Vercel) and sent to our team by email (Resend) and, if we use one, to our scheduling or customer management software. We don't sell your quote information.
Cookies and advertising
We use a first-party cookie to remember how you found us. If analytics and advertising tools are enabled, they set their own cookies, which can be used to measure and show ads. Under California law, some of that can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your privacy choices (opt out of sale or sharing)
We follow California's opt-out model. We don't show a cookie banner: standard measurement is on when you arrive, and you can turn it off at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. That switch opts this browser out of the sale or sharing of personal information and out of ads measurement. It takes effect right away and is remembered in a first-party cookie for one year: our advertising, tag-management, session-recording and call-tracking tools stop loading, Google's advertising signals are switched off, and our ad-click cookie is removed.
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends it, we treat that browser as opted out automatically, with no action needed.
Your California rights
If you live in California you can ask to know what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of sale or sharing. We won't treat you differently for asking. Email info@legacyjunkremovals.com or call (909) 566-3090.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as we need them to do the job and keep business records, then delete them.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
