- Upstairs rooms, hillside yards and long walks to the truck take more labor.

- Concrete, dirt, rock and tile are heavy for their size, which can change the price.

- Same-day depends on the schedule. Ask; it often works.

When the city's free bulky pickup is the better choice
If you live in the City of Los Angeles, LA Sanitation picks up bulky items like couches, mattresses and appliances for free. It usually has to be scheduled ahead, the items go at the curb, and there are limits on what and how much.
Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena run their own programs for their residents. Check your city's site.
If you can wait, your items qualify and you can get them to the curb, use it. Call us when you need it gone sooner, need it carried out, or have more than the city takes.

Is there a minimum charge?
Ask us. Single items are welcome, and a photo is all we need to give you a price.
Do you charge extra for stairs?
Stairs and long carries take more labor, so they can change the price. Mention them when you send photos and the number you get will include them.
Are disposal fees included?
Yes. Your quote includes loading, hauling, disposal and sweep-up. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Can the price change when you arrive?
The price is based on what the photos show, so the more complete the photos, the more accurate the price. Customers have told us the price matched the quote.
How do I pay?
Customers have paid us by Zelle and cash. Ask when you book if you'd like to pay another way.
